This is a drop-in event for all levels of experience and movement abilities.

Arriving starts 5.45 for a gentle slow beginning and breathing space. We will begin together, gathering as a community. The soundscape will take us on journey within, awakening and designed for each one of the 4 Bodies (Physical, Emotional, Mental and Energetic Body). There will be holding through facilitation and prompts. We will end together with a circle of sharing and completion.

This is lively, sweaty, expressive dance inquiry - to come home to our bodies, release unwanted baggage and awaken the artist within. The best way to have a great workout.

You are invited to dance with mindfulness, to feel more alive, become more aware and come home to our shared humanity.

Kia Ora my fellow dancers... it is with much sadness I must inform you all that Ecstatic Dance scheduled for next week March 28th is now postponed until further notice due to the Coronavirus. We wanted nothing more than to let go & release all the fears & anxieties with you all on the dancefloor.. But for now we will practice social distancing for the overall safety of our tribe. As soon as it's possible we plan to reschedule our date and gather with you all again

Kia ora tribe!!! Thank you so much for your patience as we decided on a date for our next E-Dance gathering. We were hoping to do it a little sooner but the studio was already booked out.. SO! Our next dance will be held on Saturday, March 28th at 7:00pm at Studio One in Nelson.
Playlist will get going at 7:15 sharp so please feel free to arrive early, to have a bit of a stretch/ground yourself in the space before we get started.
We will be serving up delicious organic high vibe cacao + kombucha elixirs again + some healthy plant based snacks to keep you fueled up.
This will be a brand new juicy playlist sure to get you connected to your body & soul ;) dreamy electronica/tribal beats/medicine vibessss.
5-10$ suggested Koha at the door. CAN'T WAIT to meet ya on the dancefloor again. See you soon!!!
