In the space between sleeping and waking, the body softens, the nervous system exhales and the mind becomes more receptive. 🌙
Through breath, Yoga Nidra, rest and plant allies, we’ll explore the liminal dream state connected to slower alpha and theta brainwave states, linked to dreaming, intuition, imagery, memory, subconscious insight and inner knowing.
Together we’ll journey with:
Blue Lotus • Cacao • Mugwort • Red Rose
Plants long associated with dreaming, intuition, heart opening, softness and altered states of awareness.
This is a deep rest ceremony.
We’ll begin in ritual with cacao and plant allies before moving into a powerful breathwork journey with Tomàs designed to help clear the way for deeper rest and inner exploration.
From there we’ll move into a longer, more spacious Yoga Nidra with Michelle, allowing the body to fully soften and the mind to settle into slower restorative brainwave states.
We’ll close with a sound journey and space to rest, journal and integrate.
