On behalf of our Taumata Kaumaatua Kuia, Kōmiti Wāhine and Marae Trustees, we are pleased to invite you to the reopening of Te Tapui Marae.

Join us this Saturday at 5am for the reopening o tō tātou marae.

Please dress warmly and if you're feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you rest and recover at home.

MARAE RENOVATION UPDATE

Our marae renovation is making great progress, with contractors and whānau working diligently on both whare.

In the wharenui, new wiring has been installed, the surfaces in the whare have been sanded to reveal the stunning timber, and the construction framing for our accessible ramps is underway.

The team from Nairi’s Nursery dedicated their time and effort into our wharehui and we are incredibly grateful for their support!

Additionally, we have achieved significant advancements in the renovation of the wharepaku over the past week.

We appreciate your continued patience and support as we undertake this journey in renovating our cherished marae. He mihi aroha, he mihi manaaki ki a tātou.
