The RVMES open: alt-rock, funk, groove and reggae, pure electric energy, Chili Peppers riffs, Police basslines, eight years and four albums deep.

Strangely Arousing close it out: over a decade of horns, groove and songs that stick, sold out Galatos and San Fran, played as far as Beijing, Dubai, Australia and South Korea.

Locals Jonny D***s and Amara Labb are bringing Ballroom and Latin American dancing to the Stables.
Ever wanted to feel more confident on the dance floor (or just moving to music in general)? Join us for six weeks of social dance classes at The Stables, a fun, low pressure way to learn to move with rhythm, meet new people, and build a bit of community while you're at it.

Spring is coming and if you've got a reason to celebrate, this is your sign. 🌿

A local family celebrated a special 40th here recently and these photos say everything we could ever try to put into words. Kids on the lawn, adults actually relaxing, nobody stressing about the dishes.

That's the whole point.

Engagement party. Birthday milestone. Family reunion. Baby shower. You name it, we handle the food, the setup, the service, and the cleanup. You just show up and enjoy the people you love most.

Throwback to the night The Stables turned into the wildest kids' concert in town 🌈

Sonic Boom brought the rockstar energy, flashy solos, bold costumes, and a room full of tiny air guitarists singing along at the top of their lungs. Ten-year-old drummer Indy Monroe stole the show, and two talented young performers from Warkworth Performing Arts got the crowd going too.

Sunday 20 September | Comedy Magic Matinee

Jarred usually tours an R18 show, but by popular demand, he's now doing a version the whole family can enjoy. Same sharp comedy, same next-level magic, made for kids with a sprinkle of laughs for the adults. Perfect for young ones right through to teens.

Doors & lunch from 12pm, kitchen and bar open, then settle in for the show.
