Operations Manager – Join Our Growing Team
🤓We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our busy and growing team!
🙃Are you highly organised, have an exceptional eye for detail, and thrive in an environment where no two days are exactly the same
💜We’re looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, support our team, manage changing priorities and make sure our clients receive the high standard of service we’re known for.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing day-to-day operations and keeping the team organised
Coordinating staff schedules and rosters
Managing changing client requirements and last-minute changes
Communicating with clients and team members
Helping ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
Monitoring quality and following up on any issues
Assisting with payroll and general administration
Keeping systems, records and processes accurate and up to date
Supporting the business owner and wider team
Working in the field along side your team
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Previous experience in an Operations, Office or Team Management role
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail – this is really important!
✔️ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✔️ Someone who can stay calm when plans change
✔️ Confident managing multiple priorities at once
✔️ A practical, solutions-focused approach
✔️ Comfortable working in a busy team where client needs can change quickly
✔️ Xero experience would be an advantage
✔️ Payroll and rostering experience would be an advantage – training can be provided for the right person
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for the right person, with the right attitude, who is willing to learn and become an important part of our team.
This role would suit someone who loves organisation, notices the little things others miss, takes pride in their work and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving.
💰 Hourly rate: Negotiable and will reflect the successful applicant’s experience, skills and suitability for the role.
