Winter warmth done right 🔥

The best way to christen my new Zen Collection? Filling them with homemade spicy Thai pumpkin soup, paired with delicious flatbread from Sister Bakery, and gathering around with good friends. It might be chilly outside, but inside it is pure cosy comfort and warming vibes 🥣🥖✨

Treat Mum, a mate, or yourself to a lovingly curated half-day retreat designed to nurture
the mind, body, and soul. Set in beautiful Eastbourne, this special experience invites
you to slow down, connect, and indulge in a thoughtfully crafted flow of activities.
We’ll begin by exploring the art of fermentation with a hands-on sauerkraut session,
before moving into a guided ceramics workshop where you can create something
meaningful to take home (your pieces will be carefully fired and couriered to you after
the retreat). We’ll then close with deep rest and relaxation in the sauna — the perfect
way to unwind and reset.
The morning session will finish with a delicious, nourishing lunch, while the afternoon
session begins with lunch to ease you into the experience.
