Been a hot minute since I sat in the seat of one of these. Thanks heaps to Shane White for lending me the keys and Ashley White for allowing it.
Got out to waharoa on Sunday the 3rd for the Win it or Bin it day.
First race i was a bit nervous having been 2 years since racing but after a couple laps was good to go coming in at 5th place.
Second race snapped an axle on the green flag giving little hope of a decent race finishing 8th.
Third race after fixing the axle got lucky on lap 2 with Byron taking the top 3 out at once allowing me to slip through and chase the flag to the end.
Was a massive day with over 30 races on the program, big ups to the team at Waharoa Speedway, the track stayed perfect for whole day, was wicked.
Now to think about sorting my stuff out for next season 🫡
