✨ JOIN THE DANCE VIBES TEACHING TEAM ✨
We know there are so many talented adults in our midst, and as Dance Vibes continues to grow and expand, we're looking for adult dancers, teachers and coaches who may be interested in joining our wonderful teaching team of 4 senior teachers and 3 student teachers. 💜
First and foremost, we're looking for the right people.
You must be child-focused, kind, empathetic and encouraging, and genuinely committed to creating an environment where young people feel safe, supported, valued and excited to dance.
At Dance Vibes, we care about high quality dance education, but we care even more about the humans we're teaching.
We're interested in hearing from people with experience in areas such as Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, conditioning/fitness or other movement-based disciplines. You don't necessarily need years of teaching experience. If you're a confident dancer or coach with great energy, reliability and a natural ability to connect with kids, we'd love to hear from you.
This could suit someone looking for anything from a class or two each week through to a more substantial role within Dance Vibes.
Most importantly, we're looking for people who:
- genuinely love working with children and teenagers
- lead with kindness, patience and empathy
- build dancers up rather than break them down
- are reliable, professional and work well as part of a team
- understand that every child in the room matters, not just the most talented ones
- want to contribute positively to the wonderful culture and community we've built at Dance Vibes
