Thankyou to everyone involved in the fund- raising towards a community defibrillator at Cherry Park House. Whether you gave your time or bought products from our trades table or donated money, we are grateful. It is now situated at the front of Cherry Park House and available to the entire community! Anyone who needs this must dial 111, to access the code to open and emergency help. Excellent work community, this may save a life. 😊

Welcome to the new kid on the block: The Lifestyle Circle (KeriTLC) is having their monthly meetings at Cherry Park House. The group – facilitated by artist and lecturer Dietlind Wagner – is discussing how healthy habits can be integrated into our busy lifestyles. It is a free event and everyone is welcome to join, just let Dietlind know if you want to attend. (For more info check out KeriTLC on facebook or send an email to [email protected]). The meetings will be on the 3rd Thursday every month, starting 20th May 2021 at 6pm. In this first session, Dietlind will introduce the people behind the idea and recount her own journey to better health, followed by a discussion about future topics of particular interest to participants. Don't miss the inaugural session.

LADIES if you FEEL LIKE a BREAK from EVERYTHING , come and join us at 7.30 PM for a time to connect with other women, but most importantly give some time to connect with yourself through meditation
Last week was so uplifting and powerful with the new moon
Meditation helps with depression and anxiety and gives you that feeling of being grounded, and safe and full of love and peace
You dont need to have had any experience at meditating , wherever you are at is just perfect 😊
