Dear Soul Studio Community
Please find below the timetable for November and until 10th December.
It has been such a privilege to bring movement and stillness to Kaikoura since 2011.
From the 1st January, the lovely Frankie will take over the Studio and bring lots of amazing movement to Kaikoura.

Please see the attached Timetable for July 2025, We hope everyone is staying warm as winter is upon us and look forward to seeing you in our warm studio!

Please note that this month, Yoga with Kathy is cancelled on July 7th and 28th. As well, Dance Fitness with Ingrid will not start until July 17th.

Dear Community,

Please see our new timetable for April. There are not many changes this month, but our lovely Kathy is going to be away for a few classes. Please find below the classes that are canceled.
Drop-in students are welcome in all classes.

Canceled classes for April
Monday 14th April - Hatha Yoga with Kathy 6-7 pm
Tuesday 15th April - Hatha Yoga with Kathy 11.30 -12.30 pm
Monday 21st April - Hatha Yoga with Kathy 6-7 pm
Friday 25th April - Yin Yoga with Kathy 12-1 pm

Happy March everyone

Please find below our new March timetable.

We are so excited that we have something going on every day of the week.
We have lots of Yoga from our two amazing Teachers, Kathy and Hannah, Wednesday morning Pilates, and Thursday a wonderful dance fitness class with Tracy and Ingrid .

We have a new addition, the Slow Flow Yoga class from the lovely Hannah on Thursday evenings.

As always, drop-ins are welcome, and we look forward to moving and finding stillness with you at Soul Studio.

Dear Community,

Exciting news: Dance Fitness is again starting its classes in 2025 from Thursday on.
Every Thursday from 9.15 - 10.15 am with the lovely Ingrid and Tracy

All classes are now back up and running after some of our lovely teachers had a well-deserved break. The current timetable is always on the Soul Studio door and our page. The studio is still available to hire for more movement or creative classes.
