Voting is one of the most important ways we can help shape the future of Aotearoa New Zealand. Every vote matters, and every eligible voice deserves to be heard. If you are eligible to vote, make sure you are enrolled and that your enrolment details are up to date.

โœ… Sunday 25 October: Last day to enrol to vote in the 2026 General Election.
โœ… Monday 26 October: Advance voting begins.
โœ… Saturday 7 November: Election Day (voting is open from 9.00am to 7.00pm).

๐—œ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜: Under the current electoral rules, you must be enrolled by Sunday 25 October to vote in this year's General Election. You will not be able to enrol once advance voting begins. If you enrol or update your details by 4 October, you will receive an EasyVote card, which makes voting quicker and easier.
