The afternoon spent in my shed had me creating afew of these wee kiwis for sale at an upcoming showcase in I.C next month, and well this dude revealed to me a lovely fossil find!!! Its a shell inbedded in the stone I've been handsculpted this arvo...its like striking gold, an archeological find!!!
This is part of the reason I fall in love with this stone when I get special unexpected finds like this!!

Heya my fans...its been awhile. Life's got a way of throwing curb balls and sometimes we get this calling to just get creative. I seen this and had to share. Ive had a quiet winter and now am getting ready for spring. Creating is in that equation. With afew commissions to finish off and my stock work (early lambing) near up to date my focus is to get this girls mojo cranked up another level as in less than 2 months I'm putting on another show. Stay posted for more soon.
