What a weekend ✨

Our Floorless dancers stepped back in time and brought the streets to life for Art Deco. These girls carried themselves with grace, professionalism, and so much heart.

Seeing our dancers own the era was something really special. The confidence, the character work, the teamwork… it’s why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to the Art Deco Trust for creating such an incredible platform for our young performers to be part of. We are so grateful to be included in such a vibrant, community-filled event that celebrates history, creativity and performance.

If your dancer has been thinking about starting classes or trying something new, now is the perfect time to jump in. We offer a wide range of styles, experienced supportive teachers, and an encouraging studio environment where dancers can grow in confidence, skill, and friendships.

✨ Why Are Dance Exams So Important? ✨

At Floorless Dance Studios, jazz exams are a key part of how we support our dancers’ growth, not just as performers, but as strong, confident, technical dancers.

Dance exams help dancers:
✔️ Build correct technique, alignment, strength, and musicality
✔️ Follow a clear, age-appropriate progression pathway
✔️ Receive independent, professional feedback
✔️ Develop discipline, confidence, and goal-setting skills
✔️ Gain recognised qualifications beyond the studio

While competitions and shows focus on performance and polish, exams focus on foundations. They ensure dancers are developing safely, correctly, and with longevity in mind.

The strongest dancers are those who can both perform beautifully and move with strong technique, exams help create exactly that balance.

We are proud to offer structured jazz & tap training that supports each dancer’s journey, wherever it may lead.
