Yin Yoga with Becky is back at The Place tomorrow.
Details below and a little peek at our new space 😁😁

This week I'll be teaching Yin Yoga on Tuesday in Hamilton (7:15pm at The Place) and on Wednesday in Morrinsville (6:30pm at St Joseph's Primary School Hall).

Yin Yoga combines gentle movement and mindfulness and has a range of benefits for both your mind and body.

Price: $10 first class, after that $20 casual, 10 class pass $175, discounted rates for CSC holders, students and Gold Card holders.

All ages and abilities welcome.

BYO yoga mat - I do have some available though. All other props provided.

I'm so excited to share that my Yin Yoga classes will start in Hamilton on Tuesday 14 January 💛

Time and location: 7:15pm-8:15pm at The Place in Hamilton Central - entrance behind The Bank Bar & Brasserie (Hood St, Hamilton).

Our new space is coming along nicely. A few finishing touches and a bit of painting to go.
We already have lots of creatives ready to start show rehearsals and classes over the next couple of weeks.
And you’ll be seeing more of us here on social media- shots of the space are coming soon and we’ll sharing all the cool projects people are using us for 😊😊😊
