Another big tick off our Stage 2 project! ✅️🙌

Our new timber picnic tables are in, with the timber kindly donated by ITM and the tables beautifully made by Murray Cochrane. A huge thank you to you both! ❤️

The bike and scooter stands were made possible through our grant from New Zealand Community Trust (NZCT), and it’s fantastic to finally have these in place too! 🚲🛴

It’s now a fantastic little spot to stop, have some lunch, sit back and enjoy the Pump Bike Track. 🌳☀️

The committee, along with Regan and Jimmy, are taking a well-deserved break! We’ll still be working away behind the scenes, and you’ll see us at Agfest for our Epic Raffle! 🎟️

☀️ Shade Umbrellas Are Up! ⛱️⛱️

Busy morning at the park getting our brand-new shade umbrellas installed — and they’re looking amazing! 🙌

A massive thank you to Hamish & Lisa from Weather Wise Shade Systems for working with us and coming along to install them, with the help of Jimmy and Regan. We really appreciate your support!

This next stage of our development was made possible thanks to Pub Charity Limited, through their partner hotels Paroa Hotel and The Australasian BAR & GRILL.

WHAT A DAY!

More photos and thanks to come but a massive thank you to everyone who made today possible! We were amazed to see everyone turn up and see our hard work pay off and make the vision happen!

A huge huge day and we can’t believe how good it’s looking!

We were super proud of all the kids getting stuck in and getting there hands dirty, they had a blast and a reminder to us all who were out there doing it for 🥰

🚲 It is all hands to the pump (track) at Paroa this morning.

Preschoolers have joined older children and adults as 170 plants go in around the bike pump track.

Next weekend, the umbrellas will go in. Look out for the hard-working team who will be at Ag Fest this October.
