Come along and give Zumba a go, just $8 a session and suitable for all fitness levels.
Come and join me and my beautiful ladies in a fantastic cardio workout with a little lower body, body weight training. Be prepared to smile and laugh as we dance our way to a healthier and happy lifestyle.

Update regarding level 2 and COVID-19.
Zumba will continue to run but with a few minor changes.

- please remember your sweat towel
- please make sure you use the hand sanitiser provided
- wear a mask if you want to but this is NOT mandatory (I will not be)
- please keep your distance 1-2m apart
- don’t forget to keep smiling we’ve got this team

Why I dance
Years ago if I was ever asked what I was I’d respond with ‘I am a dancer’.
Now I say I’m a teacher but that hasn’t stopped me dancing.
I’ll let you in on a secret, dance is such a huge part of my life that my wedding shoes will be ballet shoes (when we eventually get there!)
