Embark on your brewing journey with our introduction to All-Grain Brewing Course!

Join us to learn the fundamentals of all-grain beer brewing. In this hands-on course we will walk you through each element of beer brewing, from ingredients, equipment, technique and production. You will pick and brew with locally grown fresh hops discovering the secrets behind crafting unique flavours and aromas.

Whether you're a novice or a homebrew enthusiast looking to elevate your skills, this short course is your gateway to stepping into the world of all-grain brewing.

Final Class and bottling Saturday 10 August
Times: Monday Evening Classes from 6pm
Saturdays from 10am
Cost: $60 plus small booking fee per person

Parking made easy! There's plenty of space available, and overnight parking is permitted. Just remember, we can't take responsibility for your vehicle, so lock it up tight. Also consider our home bus, walk it off as we're central, grab a taxi or (do we do uber now?) grab a ride from a sober driver afterwards!

🍻 Curious about tokens? Here's the scoop: All drinks are $9 (1 token), except for Alc-free beers ($6). Swing by the main gate to snag your tokens and breeze through the day. While 1-2 bars offer EFTPOS, they prefer tokens over cash. You can even get your tokens refunded at the gate upon exit. Plus, some food vendors accept tokens, along with cash and EFTPOS. Enjoy hassle-free transactions all day long! 💳✨

🍻 Tomorrow's Beer Festival is shaping up to be incredible! Today, we've been hard at work setting up the venue, and tomorrow morning, the excitement continues as the big tops go up and the picnic tables are placed underneath. The bars are getting ready, the bands have completed soundchecks, and the weather is looking perfect at 18 degrees. We've got plenty of fun activities planned, including face painting and games, and of course, the silent disco and 3x music options from 3pm. Tthe beer, wine, and cider are all set up and ready to pour and we've picked some amazing flavours. Tickets will stay online until 3pm, but door sales will be available, so come join us for a fantastic day of brews, music, and good vibes!
