Now that we have had time to catch our breath after a massive weekend at the track, we would like to express our extreme gratitude to everyone for their support of our End of Season Finale Weekend.

First and foremost, thank you to our incredible team. To our committee and reps who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and poured their hearts and souls in, not only just over the weekend but in the days and weeks beforehand to ensure everything ran smoothly. (A special thank you to Paul Vazey who stepped up and took on the rep role for one of our Ministock groups). To each and every volunteer; the lawn mowing crew, the rubbish crew, the infield crew, the track staff, the bar staff and kitchen crew, the tower staff, the lap scorers, the photographers, the flag men, gate staff and everyone in between. To our SNZ team who have gone above and beyond for us over the season and our fire and ambulance crews. Without you all, we wouldnโ€™t be able to operate and we are incredibly grateful for your support over the massive weekend we had. Our track is run solely on volunteers and we cannot express enough how important they are and how grateful we are for their contribution to our club.

A massive thank you also goes out to each and every competitor who showed up over the weekend. Many of you travelled massive distances to come and race at our track and as always, we are truly grateful for the support. Thank you to all of the parents, families and crews. To see the pits absolutely full to the brim was amazing to see.

Thank you to all of our incredible sponsors for their generous support over the weekend. You not only supported the weekend financially, but you chipped in behind the scenes setting up, cleaning up, and offering support when needed and it really was greatly appreciated.

A special thank you goes out to the Goodley Family and the Dykstra Family for their very generous contributions towards our breakfasts. Your donations meant a lot to us.

Another special thank you goes out to the team at McCafferty Metal Cartage for vacating their yard for the weekend so we could use their space for our pit extension. We were also grateful to all of the local businesses that chipped in and helped us with fencing, lighting and everything else that was needed.

How good were those fireworks? As always, we couldnโ€™t have put on such an awesome display without the generous support of Trevor Jukes and the wonderful crew at Public Dreams Trust who put the display together.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who came along to watch the action over the weekend. We are truly grateful for your support. Photos of all the action can be found via SportsWeb Photography and Angus Bodle Sport Photography, and check out Blake's Speedway for videos.
