We’ve seen some feedback and concerns regarding the **Terms & Conditions of entry** at Summer Frequencies, and we acknowledge that not everyone was happy with their experience.

We’d like to take a moment to clarify something important.

When purchasing tickets for **any** event — not just Summer Frequencies — it is essential that you **𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙨 & 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣** provided at the time of purchase. These documents outline what you are agreeing to when you buy a ticket, and they exist to protect both attendees and event organisers.

At festival entry points, there is also a large amount of signage and information displayed. This is provided so everyone understands what is happening, what is allowed, and what is expected. We understand that in the moment people may not want to stop and read everything — however, it is still the responsibility of each attendee to do so. The information is made available; it is not something we can force anyone to read.

We truly appreciate everyone who came to Summer Frequencies and we value your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve communication and the overall event experience, and we thank you for being part of our community.
