This was a beautiful piece I got to do for a lovely client of mine from Invercargill.

We were looking at taking the focus away from a scar in the area and instead create something eye catching a beautiful in an art nouveau/ neotrad style.

These sorts of tattoos have a very special place in my heart. I have had a lot of clients (and this includes myself) that have had scarring or different skin in areas and are wanting to transform the area into something they are proud of instead. Though scarring can make tattooing slightly more challenging it has always been worth it in my experience.
