Fun art with Frankie Hi from Palmy North! I'm your local fairy facepainter. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kia ora, ko Frankie toku ingoa. It truly means a lot.

I'm a qualified Early Childhood teacher who started a casual painting hobby back in 2016, just as I started my studies. I have a passion for working with tamariki and for ngā toi (arts). At the end of 2017 I combined these two loves and created Flixety's facepainting. In 2025 I decided it was my time to grow. So I've designed my own logo, rebranded to Fun art with Frankie and am working hard on networking and building up my business. None of this would be doable without the amazing love and support of the Palmy community. Thank you to everyone over the years who I've worked with. I offer not only facepaint for tamariki, but also adults too. In styles to suit almost anyone. I also offer glitter tattoos, rainbow hair and party games. If you have any enquiries, requests or questions, feel free to reach out. I would love to hear from you. Ngā mihi

I was very excited to be invited to a special Duck themed birthday to host a mini paint party.
mini canvases, easels and tiny trays of paint.
each piece was so different and so good. I love watching how the minds of our tamariki work sometimes.
Happy Birthday to the sweet girl who turned 11.

These legendary dragons are the beautiful works of 8-12 year old tamariki. how good did they do!
While I use direction and support throughout my art classes, I also encourage the children to explore and make it their own.
My classes are all about fun and creativity.

how beautiful are these Kiwi? one thing I love about the art classes is how beautiful and special each piece is. Each one shining with personality and individual talents
of each child.
