Saucer eyes. What you get when your PC won't read your HDD with all your completed video files on it. A re-boot revealed a major problem - thanks to PB Tech sending me a new one overnight courier, it was here first thing this morning and I managed to rescue all but one file - albeit taking all day.
There's always a plan B if this ever happens but luckily I didn't have to resort to it. I'll do a re-format to see if I can rescue the Drive, but no great loss if I can't.

Hi all. I've had a request to release all my original NZ productions on Youtube. Why not? They're now 20 years old and no-one buys DVDs any more, so here's Matamata to the Mount. First released on VHS in 2001 and re-released in 2009 with additional footage.

This program was initially made in the early 2000's and due to my poor editing skills, was an abysmal mess. So after getting a few more shots, I decided to r...

For what has seemed like an eternity, I've finally got back into creating my modular railway. For the first time, I've connected a corner and straight module together and run a short train between the two. The structure is a little bit wobbly, but this was expected and I have a solution for that.
Each straight module is 1800 x 600mm and weighs just over 9 kg with real stone scenery on it. Each corner module is just over 10 kg. I've built 8 straight modules and 4 corners. The total length is 28 feet end to end.
My daughter visited one day, took one look and said "What have you done to my room?!?!?"
