This is all about the magic that can occur through deep rest while being serenaded by beautiful sounds, with space to capture any insights that naturally bubble to the surface, for the coming season.

Sistar Circles and The Red Tent is a multi-generational woman-only space where women honour the cycles of life. It's a space to connect in community, to explore your inner power, and to learn the wisdom of your body in a safe, nourishing and welcoming environment.

WOMEN’S DIVINE DANCE/ARTS GROUP
Exploring the four elements: earth fire water air

💥Starts MONDAY 2nd November x 4 Monday evenings
💥7.30pm – 9.30pm

This group for women of all ages will bring together aspects of dance ritual, the sacred essence of Middle Eastern dance, expressive dance and flow your creative energy into art making.

No dance or art experience is necessary.

FACILITATOR: Suraya Langston has worked in the field of creative arts therapies for 35 years in London and Dunedin. She taught Middle Eastern Dance in Dunedin and Balclutha for 20 years and has always enjoyed the sacred connection to women's divine feminine energy, creativity and ritual. Suraya has a Masters in Arts Therapy and is a Registered Arts Therapist in private practice in Dunedin.

$195 waged/ early bird $180. Unwaged or student $180/early bird $165 by October 15th.
