What slow-digesting proteins do you guys use?
Generally, people use Casein to allow a slow release of protein during the night. Or they use a blend of whey, casein and eggs so it’s all broken down at different time intervals throughout the night. If you want to do it a cheap way. Just use whey and add a Tsp of peanut butter. As fats slow the abortion of protein and save some money. - Coach Tony’s two cents.
