The Royal Dunedin Male Choir is 140 years old!

That means the choir was already singing in Dunedin in the 1880s.
We’ve seen generations of singers come and go, changes in music, changes in Dunedin and plenty of changes in the world around us.
But one thing hasn't changed…

🎶 Men getting together and singing.
And we’re still doing it today.

Not true.

At the Royal Dunedin Male Choir, you don’t need formal vocal training, years of experience, or even the ability to read music to get started.

What you do need is:
✔ A willingness to give it a go
✔ A love of music
✔ A sense of humour
✔ The desire to be part of a great group of men
