Look at these smiles! 😄🎶

Three of our amazing Senior Choir members at the Big Sing yesterday! Although they attend different schools, they came together to support one another at the regional festival in the Dunedin Town Hall.

We also had other Dunedin Children’s Choir singers involved who aren’t pictured here.

Well done to all of our singers who took part in The Big Sing 2026 — you sang beautifully and represented your schools and choir wonderfully! 💙

✨ What an incredible two nights at Kids Sing 2026! ✨

Here we are with Tash, Susie, and Kids Sing Musical Director Ben Madden (and our mascot, Dennis!) after a fantastic experience performing at the Dunedin Town Hall. 🎶

This mega event saw more than 1200 students perform across two evenings, celebrating singing and music-making together in our community. We were so honoured to be invited as guest performers on both nights, and our singers had an absolutely amazing experience performing on the Town Hall stage alongside so many talented young musicians. 💙

✨ Matariki Magic – a special collaboration with Tūhura Otago Museum ✨

We are SO excited to share that our Senior Choir is partnering with Tūhura Otago Museum for a unique and magical Matariki event on June 20 🌟

Together, we’re creating an evening that celebrates Matariki, the Māori New Year, through music, connection, and the wonder of the night sky. Our singers will perform in the museum atrium, making the most of its beautiful acoustics as part of this collaborative experience.

🌌 Your ticket also includes access to a planetarium show, making this a truly immersive evening for the whole whānau.
