Meeting outside Toitū we're going to take a true crime walking and van tour of Dunedin and talk about the old timey tales of murder and woe that happened here. Thoroughly researched and distilled, the walking tour starts at Toitū and ends before Frederick Street. I might even throw in a happy story.

The Van tour goes a bit further afield, to the North end, back to the Devil's Half Acre and then back to Toitū.
