Who let the dogs out? The ROAD DOG show is back on the road after having to postpone their Music Central gig last August because of "you know what".
Road Dog is led by well-known and respected local musician Pete O'Neill, who will be putting his great new band through its paces at an unmissable debut Dargaville show. ROAD DOG also features two other musos with incredible pedigrees: Dave Morello (drums), a Grammy-nominated songwriter who has contributed his top-flight drum skills to many of NZ's top artists, and Aaron Coddell (bass) who has also worked with many prestigious musicians (including international jazz greats and locals like Hello Sailor, Annie Crummer and King Kapisi… and even occasionally moonlights with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra!)
It’s a mark of the respect that the band has for Pete’s stunning original material that they’ve come together as ROAD DOG.
PLUS!!! Very special guest, former Fischer-Z singer Jennie Cruse. Jennie will put on a sparkly dress and warm us up with some classic old tunes.
Don’t miss this chance to see them and have a most excellent night in the main room at the Central Hotel, Dargaville, Friday Feb 25th at 7 pm sharp. Tickets $20 on the door. The show is limited to 50 people so get your ticket early direct from the venue, Central Hotel, anytime after 1 pm Tues-Sun. Enquiries 09-439-8034.
