Spagy Rocks & Art Creations ‘SPAGY’ is made from the initials of founding members. Our aim is to spread unexpected kindness. We offer our services free of charge. We hope to make you happy.

We share our art freely and on occasion have been commissioned to complete more formal work for businesses, organisations and individuals. In such cases we keep costs to the minimum and charge only for the resources used and also for postage. If you cannot replace paint or sealer, we will still make your request for you. if it is within our ability we will complete commissioned /requested art for

free, especially memorial rocks for those we have lost, whether animal or human. Spreading kindness is what we wish to accomplish. We ask you are patient as art can take some days or weeks to finalise, especially since we do it with love freely without cost and we may need to restock items to complete your order. We're reliant on our day jobs and pay day to do that. We will always give you an estimated time frame for collection. Spagyrocks

The Salvation Family Store in Rolleston are selling rocks painted and donated for FREE but they have put a $2 price tag on them. The whole point of rocks is kindness and bringing joy NOT FOR MAKING MONEY/PROFIT. A message lost on the staff this morning. Utterly disgusted. Plenty kids and families out there are struggling and need some kindness. Yet, a so called Christian organisation is charging money for freely painted, freely donated, freely created rocks. We feel it's a disgrace. Want a rock? Spagy Rocks & Art Creations will make you one, or more for FREE. If you commercially sell your Creations, all good, but free rocks should ALWAYS BE FREE no matter who painted them. Disgraceful to be anything other. Shame on the Sallies.

I hope you are all having a great day!

I have an invitation for you all. SPAGY Rock Art - spreading unexpected kindness is to become a charitable trust so we can formally apply for grants and funding to extend the kindness that we aim for.

We need to form a committee including a Chair, treasurer, secretary, and three general committee members. If you are interested in any of these positions please contact us at [email protected] or reply to this thread.

Your commitment would be the attendance at an annual AGM (we can do this at a coffee shop, my home or a pub over cocktails after the meeting). It should take 20 mins a year with the current set up. It is not expected to take longer than an hour even if extending activities and community events.

You would also need to attend 4 meetings for a review of finances and activities per year (every 3 months). Again this can take place anywhere and is not intended to be arduous although is subject to some necessary regulatory 'bits'. It is anticipated that this should take no more than 20-30 mins.

Would you please consider coming on board to make this happen AND if you know anyone who would like to be on committee (looks good on a CV) ask them too. They would need to be committed to attendance at these meetings.

I hope you join me in this venture. It is free, costs you nothing but a bit of time and will help me spread kindness and love in the community. Plus, if able to get grants or funding we will be able to extend what we provide to the community, for free.

Thank you for considering this. Spagyrocks is trying to make a difference in the world we live. Specifically our local communities.

All orders and SPAGY Rock Art - spreading unexpected kindness rocks are now delivered. In the meantime created a table runner, 4 placemats, covered some second hand chair cushions and made curtains from the same fabric so they match..... looking good i think!!! 🤔

Hello folks, 🌞 I have a few orders outstanding and acknowledge it's been a few weeks 📅 Apologies. I've been a little unwell 🤢 lately (dreadful 🤒 really) but on the mend and plan to make sure all orders are delivered this weekend, 😊. I've a little helper, literally sailing 🚢 in to assist with the driving and deliveries. It's very exciting 😀. Watch your dootsteps 🏠 this Saturday.
