Ancestral is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Finance & Administration professional to support our restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Xero experience and a strong understanding of hospitality finance.

You’ll be supporting day-to-day financial operations including reconciliations, payroll support, reporting, audits, and compliance, while working closely with management and external accountants. Experience with restaurant COGS, wage control, POS systems, and supplier management will be highly valued.

If you’re organised, accurate, able to work independently, and comfortable handling confidential information, we’d love to hear from you.
