What a night! 💡

Last week, our second annual fundraiser, City Lights & Winter Nights, transformed our home in the city into a magical evening of performing arts, wonder and celebration.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed auction and raffle items, and raised their hands in support of The Court Theatre.

Together, we’re thrilled to announce that we raised more than $70,000 - and counting!

Your generosity helps us continue creating world-class theatre in Ōtautahi Christchurch and investing in the future of live performance for the next generation.

This week our primary school touring show, He Kura Kōrero, kicks off their tour around Canterbury!

A musical and theatrical exploration of the gifts of Te Reo Māori, He Kura Kōrero is a love letter to the language and celebrates the bravery of just ‘giving it a go’.

With a talented cast and creative team bringing this irreverent take on Shakespeare to life, Teenage Dick promises to be a theatrical experience unlike anything you’ve seen before.
