Sarah has had many years of experience as a top Hairstylist and has worked for some of the well know salons in New Zealand. A finalist in the Prestige L'Oréal Colour Trophy Awards in 2002, as an Education Manager for Schwarzkopf for 5 years, taking many workshops and seminars in all aspects of hairdressing, and managing Christchurch's top salon Mod's hair for 10 years, Sarah has had a very success

ful hairdressing career. Studying at the Design and Art College of Make Up Artistry 2018, saw her as 'Student of the Year" and qualified her with a Certificate in Level 4 Make Up and Special Effects.

Now working in theatre styling and production, she also manages teams of artists for various shows, in Wigs, Hair and Make-up, and takes workshops around NZ for other theatre teams. Plus she is often on a photoshoot not only for hair and makeup but often organising styling, costume and design.

An Entertainer herself, she has performance in theatre, in various lead roles, for many years, and tying the two careers together, has given her great experience on both sides of the stage and camera.

Sarah also had the pleasure of touring with the wonderful Elaine Paige for the 2012 Australasian 5 weeks tour and again in 2019 NZ, Australia and then Ireland, as Elaine's Tour P.A and dresser. A career Highlight!

Tonight we celebrated 300 Shows with this amazing tour of Phantom of the Opera. Starting in the Middle East in Riyadh in October 2023 and seeing us through, Dubai, Sofia 1, Sofia 2, Lisbon 1 , Basel, Antwerp, Prague, Belgrade, Bucharest, Ljubljana, Lausanne, Lisbon 2, Tallinn, And now here in the beautiful city of Vilnius in Lithuania. With only 2 cities of Poland to go we will end this tour on such a high. Forever grateful to for this wonderful opportunity and to all my fellow colleagues and the amazing friends I have made on this journey. Especially my WHAM partner and now longtime bestie . We have laughed and cried for 3 years on this journey together and I hope we can keep laughing and crying for another 30 years plus even on the other side of the world if we are not in the WHAM room together!! 💓 A special mention to my friend who nominated me as his tour wifie way back in Dubai, as being the best excursion buddie and darling friend. Memories made forever!

What an incredible journey this has been — full of growth, adventure, and memories I’ll carry with me forever. So grateful to for the amazing experience once again 💚

Yesterday, I had the privilege of visiting Dharavi — one of the world’s largest slum communities, right here in Mumbai. Spanning roughly 2.1 to 2.39 square kilometers and home to around a million people, Dharavi is an incredible place filled with life, resilience, and warmth.
Despite the challenging living conditions, the sense of community, purpose, and positivity among the people here was deeply inspiring. Out of respect, I won’t share photos of individuals or their homes, but I wanted to share a small glimpse of this eye-opening experience.
A heartfelt thank you to for the meaningful tour, and to our wonderful guide, Rhana — a Dharavi resident herself — for sharing her time, stories, and perspective with us. Knowing that 80% of the company’s profits go back into supporting the local community is truly admirable.
This visit was profoundly humbling and left me full of gratitude and admiration for the people of Dharavi.

This morning we got up early to join the wonderful street parade to celebrate the Indian Hindu New Year's Festival. This date, falling in the Chaitra month, aligns with regional new years like Ugadi and Gudi Padwa, signifying spring, renewal, and prosperity. What a treat and well worth the early start to the day!
