What a great Christchurch Art Show 2021 we just had. Thank you to everyone who bought one of my paintings and everyone who came to talk to me. It's been a privilege to meet you all. Now I'm back in the studio creating new works, watch the space. 😉

Title: “Mesaria”
In my paintings I reconstruct aspects of natural forms and textures. The title of this painting is the name of a village in Santorini Greece. In contrast to the grey white and black I have used orange which represents enthusiasm, fascination, and happiness. Not only the colour relationship but also the emotions that are expressed by the colours, are important to me in my work.
