Opening this Saturday 6 June at 2pm 'Synergy' gives us new work from two highly regarded potters.

Elena Renker aims to make work that is beautiful to look at, feels good in the hand and is pleasant to use. She uses a wood fired kiln at home north of Auckland to create her distinct shino glazed stoneware, the effects of fire and flame adding another dimension to the surface of her pots.

Sue Scobie creates hand formed unglazed pieces with a combination of porcelain and stoneware clays. The silky, translucent porcelain contrasts beautifully with the rough, gritty stoneware. She takes inspiration from the world around her aiming to capture the essence of our wild places.

Join us on Saturday from 2pm to view the new works and celebrate these artists ✨

A selection of the latest arrivals for your Friday viewing, including a cute little blue penguin by Gerard McCabe. We don't often receive stainless steel work from Anneke Bester, so this makes a nice alternative to her usual bronze artworks. And we're always happy to see Jeremy Leeming's most popular pounamu earrings.

After quite a long gap, Justin Culina has supplied some of his popular bowls and platters for our enjoyment. Also a great selection of Love Knot colours, which have been sorely missed as a useful gift option.

This is the last week to view ‘A Place to Land’ featuring John Hill’s cityscapes and Andi Regan’s floral pollinators.

It has been a pleasure to host these colourful and intricate works by two dedicated artists who have honed their craft over a number of years.

All works are also available to view online at www.form.co.nz/a-place-to-land and shipping is available wherever you need it. We look forward to seeing you soon ✨
