Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending SOUTHERN HOBBY & CARD SHOW KIDSCAN CHARITY EVENT during the day we met and caught up with many new and returning customers and talked with a few vendors to expand our network! 🔥

We're looking forward to see what the future holds for the trading card and collectable scene in Christchurch as we believe this is just the beginning, as time goes on heaps has taken place in the background to build up the community and get a foundation for these types of events so we know it'll be strong in time! 💪

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and had a chat or made a purchase we appreciate every one of you! Special shout-out to Ben Darch and the team for chucking together the event and rolling with the punches as errors rose like a venue shifting but they pulled through and made an awesome event, for a man with a quick dream about a show a few months ago on the way to work that hadn't done these types of events prior he did an amazing job and I couldn't have been happier. Absolute legends!

We've been informed that the SOUTHERN HOBBY & CARD SHOW KIDSCAN CHARITY EVENT has had a change in venue location from the Rolleston Community Center to the West Melton Community Center, This was due to unforseen circumstances that will not be resolved in time completely out of the hosts control! 👏

Instead of a cancellation the team quickly got a backup venue together that isn't too far from the original location, public transport is a little more limited but there will still be plenty of space for vendors and a reasonable amount of parking. 🎉

The date and time remains the same just an update in venue, I hope to still see you all there as it should be an awesome day for the Christchurch card collecting community! 🫡

All setup and ready for Card Merchant Christchurch trade day, if you're in town and have nothing to do make sure to pop in and have a look at our stock. 🎉

We're taking trades and buying sealed and graded singles will also be taken for trade but we're limiting buying to things we need more in our inventory! 💸

Other vendors here also have some awesome stock on their tables so definitely worth a look around if you have the time! 👀

The top loaders have been priced up and refilled the binder with 3 spots to spare! 🎉

We're looking forward to seeing new and returning customers on Saturday at Card Merchant Christchurch trade day. 👏

If there's anything you see in the binder you like make sure you pop in and get yourself something nice, Trades are more than welcome and we're looking particularly for graded and sealed as our raw inventory is starting to look nice so we're looking to fill other stock out! 💸

As always thank you for all the support as it goes a long way and we hope our customers always feel appreciated can't wait to see what this year brings for the business! 🫡

We've managed to slip in one more event prior to the Southern Hobby and Card Show! We'll be attending trade day at Card Merchant Christchurch this Saturday! 🎉

Since both events are within a couple weeks of each other pricing is being done now and will be quickly looked over for adjustments the week of Southern Hobby and Card Show for any drastic changes. 💸

We're looking for graded and sealed trades for the event so if you have a few things laying around feel free to bring them in and trade for a few bangers! 🔥

Here's a cheeky wee preview of the illustrations we're bringing, full art pokemon and trainers plus the misc cards will be priced shortly so keep an eye out for that post too! 👀

We've officially stripped our binder in preparation for SOUTHERN HOBBY & CARD SHOW KIDSCAN CHARITY EVENT, with it being a big event were starting prep early, pricing will be done a week prior to the event so it is up to date with the market but organizing can all be done much sooner! 🔥

We'll be on the lookout for sealed and graded cards as this lot should fill our binder completely so raw will be less of a priority. 💸

As always we look forward to seeing new and returning customers at the event there should be a large mix of trading cards and collectibles so bring along the family there should be something cool for everyone! 👀

Thanks to our community slowly growing through events and occasional advertising we have reached 200 followers! 🎉

Good things always take time, our growth has been slow compared to a lot of others in our industry but we've loved every step along the way, this post is an appreciation post for everyone who has been along that journey with us from regular customers to one off sales at shows and through our page, even fellow vendors and business owners that have been a great help for advice when trying new areas of the industry we appreciate you all! ❤️

Today we had the pleasure of vendoring at TCG Collector NZs Trade day! 💸

With a very busy first couple hours we managed to get through a bunch of trades and sales walking away with a bunch of nice cards for future events. 🔥

It's been good to get back into the flow of things after a busy Christmas and new years, were looking forward to a few events this year and hope to see you all there! 👀🔥

We got to see new and returning customers today and give advice to some new collectors which has helped them continue with our amazing hobby, they were all amazed by the community we have and how much we support each other in these events and it always shows! 👏

This year should be a good one! 🤞
