Five years ago today, Enchanting Productions burst onto the arts scene in Christchurch with The Secret Garden: Spring Edition. Since then, we have enchanted our audiences with A Little Night Music, Fairystories, Oliver Jr, Frozen: Kids, The Sound of Music: Youth Edition, and now, for its New Zealand premiere, we present Stephen Schwartz's incredibly beautiful Children of Eden Jr.

Meet our other sensational Eve/Mama Noah in "Children of Eden Jr"- Ephelia Paxie- definitely a performer going places with bright lights! Ephelia was recently in Showbiz's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and has also performed in three productions at The Court Theatre, including "SpongeBob", plus "Shakespeare in Love" and "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Jr" with Rangi Ruru and Christ's College. We wish Lily Partridge well as she heads back to the States for her second summer classical vocal intensive with the Juilliard faculty today. From 30th July - 1st August you can catch Lily in Children of Eden Jr at Papa Hou, alternating the fantastic roles of Eve and Mama Noah with another incredibly talented young lady in our cast, Ephelia Paxie. You do not want to miss their "Spark of Creation". Lily and Ephelia are definitely headed for the bright lights!
