Today I still celebrate the most hardworking, caring, and dedicated man in my life, my Grandad. You were more like a father to me. You were firm, but had a soft side. You would bring ice creams in cones home in a box and let me eat one before dinner (to my gran and mums disapproval). You would let me come with you in your work van to do jobs and would always have our favourite lollies, jet planes on hand in your glove box. I would follow you around the garden or come find you tinkering in the garage while you worked away on a project or your racing car. You were a man of few words, but I felt extremely loved everyday in your presence. You gave the best hugs, and if I close my eyes I can still sense you as you wrap your arms around me and kiss me. I love you Grandad forever and always ✨

This coming Monday would have been a big anniversary in my life. One I would have dreamed to share it with, someone that was very special in my life. Although life has taken me on a different path, one where I have grown and learnt so much about myself as person I still am thankful for the memories and the most precious gifts I received from that chapter in my life, my three incredible children. You challenge me and help me see whats important in life. You give me hope and you brighten my day. I am grateful 🤍

So hard being a parent sometimes, wishing you could wrap them up , take all of their pain away and protect them when they fall. My Ella Bella is one brave cookie, and even though she has had her fair share of accidents and stitches, she surprises me how resilient, brave, courageous, and positive she is everyday.
I love that you have no fear and live life to the fullest. Every fall and every scar is apart of you my beautiful girl and you bring me so much joy. Just wish I could hug you right now x
