Solos at STAC - Drumming Competitions

Hi all, we are pleased to announce the formation of a new organisation dedicated to the promotion of pipe band drumming in the Canterbury Centre - the Canterbury Drummers Club - this will be the vehicle for organising and hosting the Solo Drumming competitions previously done under the Solos at Stac banner. We are also looking for this group to grow and branch out in to other areas to promote and foster pipe band drumming in our region.

Hi all,

The link for the Strowan Gathering Solo Drumming entry form is below – a couple of points to note:

* Only one event per competitor
* No entry fees
* It’s an outdoor event so all tenor drummers will need a piper and drummer for accompaniment
