What a Spring Fling It Has Been!
This past weekend was our biggest Spring Fling yet! A huge thank you to everyone who came out to experience the very best of a Central Hawke's Bay spring.
We were thrilled to see record-breaking ticket sales and participation at the Omakere Coastal Hill Country Walk. Every step taken supports a great cause, with all proceeds going towards the Omakere School bus and other school and community activities.
High Tea amongst the Roses at the beautiful Grade II was Woburn Homestead to remember. History came alive as guests soaked in the stunning blooms and enjoyed an afternoon of indulgence with fine teas, celebratory bubbles, and exquisite treats in the enchanting gardens.
Over in Ongaonga, you celebrated 150 years of our treasured township in style! The Jubilee weekend was a fantastic success, offering something for everyone with a town parade, a bustling market, a golf tournament, and a mix and mingle event.
Meanwhile, the Back Paddock Wake and Wellness Retreat ensured those winter cobwebs were well and truly blown away. Attendees started their day with a splashing good wakeboarding lesson, enjoyed a sensational seasonal meal from Chef Kate de Loutour, and rejuvenated with a mat pilates class.
