Had the pleasure of having a second pass on this today.
This is the tattoo I did on jess at the .tattoo.convention
We managed to pull the "best of show" award which is such an honor amoungst so many talented artists.

Super happy with how this has turned out, we're gonna start the inside in a few weeks.

What a weekend!

I attended the Wellington Tattoo Convention over Friday saturday and sunday,I got to share a booth with my brother Hamish Johl (Jub) and what a awesome time it was.

Was great to catch up with familiar faces and meet new ones!
Thankyou to all the organisers who made this event possible, and massive thankyou to Jason Marsh Jess Marsh who came and showed their work, you guys are awesome ❤️

I tattooed jess for 3 days straight, just under 20 hours in total and she tanked every minute of it.
Not only that but we took out the "best of show" award which is something ill never forget, I feel honored to be recognized amoungst some of the best and people who I look up too, grateful is an understatement 🙏🙏🙏

Back to the grind now, feeling inspired and motivated to push my tattoo art even further.

I've learnt the value of 2nd and even 3rd passes over things to make them smooth and solid, helping hold the test of time
