Nationals event shirt

Friday update - The track is looking good, and not a puddle in sight!!

Tomorrow we will run open practice with timing. Go and marshal to earn the right to drive 1 tank or battery.

We will finish up about 4 and be packed up before dark.

Social dinner at Bamboo tmrw night lads! Thanks to Marco Van Wel for organising.

Sunday - Gates open at 8. We will have a quick drivers briefing then into qualifying. 2 rounds of 7min qualifying before we pause for early lunch then into finals. Timing will be decided on the day, but at this point we are thinking 3x10 min rounds for ebug. Nitro truck 30min, all-in. Nitro buggy will run a B-main 25min with some bumping into the A-main for 35min.

Confirming we will have a social dinner on Sat night of the 27th June at Bamboo. All racers welcome.

Marco Van Wel is the Chief Social Officer and will manage the booking numbers, so please let him know if you’re keen. Last year we had 15-20ppl and it was a great night.

A range of ppl from Christchurch, Ashburton, Nelson, Wellington, Hawkes Bay are all keen and looking at coming down!!

For any Blenheim locals who have an RC car and want a hand with it, come down over the weekend!

If you’re interested in fast 2 strokes and or race cars - come down to the track!

Sat will be fairly casual with open practice, timing running.

Sunday will be some qualifying then into finals. Detailed timetable to be confirmed on the week of the race, once entries close.
