I can happily say, I have survived learning Latin dance!
I have a new found respect for Latin dancers - it is tough, and a full body workout. My arms calves and butt are so sore!

Bring on doing more of this, and getting out of my comfort zone to try something new.

I encourage all of you to do the same. There’s something really liberating about extending yourself, getting uncomfortable then walking away loving the outcome.

What will you try this year! Let’s do this! Xx

I’m standing here with my amazing personal trainer Margy (all smiles post workout haha)

This year I decided to get a PT, as part my of my fitness goal plan.
I’ve never had a regular PT session, but I thought ‘why don’t I try it?’.
I’ve got fitness and strength goals I want to achieve and these sessions are the perfect way to hit those targets.

It’s the same as dancing - getting regular private lessons will help you achieve your goals, and give you competitive advantage.
And hey - it’s really good for your fitness and strength overall!💪🏼

I was brimming with pride every time I watched my students take the stage. You girls are so amazing!!
