✨ Our TableHub team was absolutely thrilled to have our Digital Table Centrepieces incorporated into the Noel Leeming Gala Awards for the second year running, working alongside the fantastic team at Motive Events NZ - a team we absolutely love working with!

With 60 TableHub units across the room in Shed 10, displaying cued on-demand content throughout the evening - from table numbers and menus to awards information and sponsor recognition, TableHub helped to create a visually engaging experience on every table from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Motive Events NZ for once again trusting us to be part of this special event. We look forward to working with you again soon!

We absolutely loved being involved the TDF Clubhouse Gala Dinner, held recently at Eden Park working with the incredible Tania Dalton Foundation & 2degrees.

Our Digital Table Centrepieces brought 50 tables to life, replacing traditional table numbers, menus and programmes, while giving guests easy access to QR codes for fundraising initiatives and providing additional exposure for sponsors throughout the evening.

A great event, an even greater cause, and a reminder of how technology can help make events more engaging, more sustainable and more impactful. ✨

There’s always something pretty special about working with a new client for the first time! ✨

We were absolutely thrilled to work with Tuskany Agency, who incorporated our Digital Table Centrepieces into their client’s ASB Bay of Plenty Export Awards, held recently at Mercury Baypark.

Our Tablehub units added a new and dynamic digital element to every table in the room, providing an innovative way to keep guests informed and engaged, whilst also creating additional branding opportunities for sponsors to gain valuable branding exposure.

🇦🇺 We love connecting with Australian event agencies and creating memorable experiences together for their clients!

It was fantastic to work with Expert Events for the very first time, providing our Digital Table Centrepieces for their client’s BSR Group Awards Gala Dinner at the beautiful Novotel Sunshine Coast Twin Waters Resort.✨

Our TableHub Units were operated in Cued Mode by our onsite technician, bringing the awards programme to life on every table with event branding, menus, award categories, finalist and winner announcements, and event information throughout the evening.

✨ There's something special about working alongside clients year after year, and it was a pleasure to once again assist PlaceMakers with their recent Gala Dinner & Awards evening held at the impressive One New Zealand Stadium in Christchurch.

With a fantastic "Ready To Launch" theme, the PlaceMakers team transformed the event space with bold, space-inspired visuals. Our Digital Table Centrepieces played their part by displaying themed content on every table throughout the evening, helping to immerse guests in the experience from the moment they took their seats.

Thank you to the PlaceMakers event team for choosing TableHub once again. We love being part of events that celebrate people, create memorable guest experiences, and bring event themes to life.

Our TableHub units were in action at a recent Traffic Industry Event, hosted by TransIA and Mooven, at the spectacular Eureka 89 Dining & Events in Southbank, Melbourne – up on the 89th floor!

We supported the event with a seamless pre-show looping content file displayed on the Hubs, followed by a cued presentation, delivering dynamic digital messaging before and during the session.

What a view... and what a venue! 🤩

Another fantastic evening working with Auckland Rugby for a fourth year at their Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner held at Eden Park.

A huge thank you to Auckland Rugby for once again choosing TableHub to be part of this incredible event which raises funds for their Pro Sport Program. It was wonderful to see our Digital Table Centrepieces featured throughout the room, providing guests with a seamless way to view event information, menus, sponsor recognition, and auction details throughout the evening.

Thank you again to the Auckland Rugby event team for having us involved. We always enjoy being part of such a special event and we look forward to working together again in the future!

One of the recent highlights of our year was having our TableHub Digital Table Centrepieces incorporated into the inaugural Blues Hall of Fame Luncheon, held a few weeks ago at the New Zealand International Convention Centre.

Our TableHub units featured across all 80 tables, providing a premium, sustainable platform to digitally display table numbers, menus, event information, sponsor branding, photo reels, and QR codes for silent auction bidding, as well as displaying the live auction items.

A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Lime Events for producing such an exceptional event. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and we look forward to collaborating again soon!

A fantastic evening at the recent Trans-Tasman Dinner, where our Digital Table Centrepieces were once again part of this prestigious event at the Australian High Commission in Wellington.

Our Hubs displayed a seamless rotating presentation featuring stunning New Zealand and Australian landscape imagery, alongside table numbers, the event program, menu, speaker profile, sponsor recognition - helping to keep guests informed while adding a modern touch to each table.
