One 60min Bhangra Fit class is organised into:

5 minutes - Mobility Warm up
15 minutes - Low to Med intensity dance workout (with a high knee challenge)
Quick 30 sec break

15 minutes - High intensity dance routine (with BhangraBurpees* challenge)
Quick 30 sec break

20 minutes - Med to High intensity dance workout (with bodyweight squats & lunge challenge)
5 minutes - Cool down and stretch
