So. I am trialling Gingerbread cookies and this is the response i got today. Very happy.

WELL WAIT FOR IT

Don't change a thing and coming from the cake and cookie king, just wonderful, beautiful after taste.
If you changed it and put a little more ginger in it that isn't a good idea as it would make it hit the back of mouth with too much ginger. That is amazing coming from him.
He did say if they are slightly bigger like they have at the coffee club or hammer hardware he would expect to say $7 _$7.50 each
