How many different types of noodles can you eat in one weekend?

The Takapuna Noodle Festival is back on Friday 30 & Saturday 31 October bringing the world of slurpy noodle deliciousness to Takapuna.

From the comforting warmth of Vietnamese Phở Bò Viên by Lucky Mate to the tangy kick of Ailimteh's Penang Assam Laksa, the rich flavours of Zood's Thai Boat Noodles, the springy goodness of Indonesian Mie Ayam Bangka by Miebur Makmur, and the colourful, savoury Korean favourite Japchae by Dosirock - there’s a whole world of noodle traditions waiting to be explored!

And that’s just FIVE of the many noodle varieties you can discover.

Think slurp-worthy soups, stir-fried favourites, chewy noodles and flavours from across Asia and beyond.

Save the date. Bring your friends, bring your appetite, and come hungry! With delicious noodle deals, a festival market and plenty of flavours to discover, there’s no better excuse to make a weekend of it in Takapuna.

The Taste of Takapuna Noodle Festival is BACK for year two — and there’s even more to look forward to!

Two days, plenty of noodles and a whole lot of Halloween fun! Join us at Waiwharariki Anzac Square and tuck into $10 signature noodle dishes from festival market stalls, or head out to explore Takapuna with $15 Noodle Deals at participating local restaurants.

Bringing the family along? There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, with Halloween-themed activities, games, face painting, prizes and giveaways.

Get your chopsticks ready! The Taste of Takapuna Noodle Festival is taking over Waiwharariki Anzac Square for two delicious days of noodles, flavours and Halloween fun.

Come hungry and feast on $10 signature noodle dishes from festival market stalls, or explore Takapuna and discover $15 Noodle Deals at participating local restaurants.

And because it’s Halloween weekend… expect a little extra spooky fun! 👻 Bring the family, dress up if you dare, and enjoy games, face painting, prizes, giveaways and Halloween-themed activities throughout the festival.

Takapuna Noodle Festival Stallholder applications Now Open!

Takapuna Noodle Festival by Chow Luck Club Events and I Love Takapuna returns from 30 - 31 Oct 2026, and we’re looking for incredible noodles and dessert stallholders to slurp up the celebration. It'll be Halloween-themed, so related craft and retail will also be considered.
