Writing What We Love
Write what you love and feel excited about, readers also then feel that way. Bring your blog, love letter, cartoon lunacy, travel adventures, true love romance, novel, stories, journal, poems, essay, article, any old wobbly or wonderful writing. Then all of us writers in the workshop say what we like and ask questions. Good cup of tea and a chat afterwards, sometimes a laugh. Raewyn Alexander lectured Narrative Writing, also taught writing in Aotearoa New Zealand and other countries, for decades. A stack of books and other work published, world-wide, google her name for more. Tapping away throughout your workshop, Raewyn writes notes about work and sends tthose to each writer. Use these as a guide, to edit your work. Also, ask questions re publishing and blogging, reading work aloud, or find out whatever writerly info you wish. Ask and receive, simple.
