Throwback Thursday 🥲

I am really sad to announce that this will be my last term of Kanga 💔

I have been an instructor for 9 years and I have absolutely loved every minute of it! It is really so bittersweet. I am feeling quite reflective and so I thought I would take a trip down memory lane and look at where it all began. This is just Part A of photos 🤭

Today we acknowledged this day by striking the Give to Gain 2026 IWD pose to show solidarity.

With cupped hands out front, universally we signify the act of giving and receiving 🤲🏼

As Mums we give so much and today we talked about what makes us special being Women and just reminding ourselves how incredible we are 💪

9 years of Kangatraining North Shore!! 🥳
Happy Kanga-versary to us!! Yesterday we had a fun class & coffee afterwards 🥰
And there were 9 of us Mamas in class 🤗
So crazy to think I started this journey with a 9 month old, who is now 9 and 3/4’s! The 9 theme is strong this year 😉💪

An incredible bunch of Women, starting their week off perfectly 🥰
We were inside, but had to make the most of the scenery for the photo of course!
Oh and I got to wear a REAL baby as I instructed today too…such a treat! It has been a long time 😍
