On today, our third and final day of the Dominion Rd Moon Festival 2023, we invite you to come and join in the entertainment, activities, performances and fun at the Festival!

Some of the highlights today include:
11.30am - 1.30pm Movie Time《Boonie Bears》 in Potters Park
2.00 - 9.00pm Doll Bear and Pikachu play in Baptist Church
2:00 - 4:00pm "Fun the Park " organised by Sports Auckland, will feature Conscious Kids, Badminton, Soft Ball, Volleyball, Cricket, and sports activities to try out for children and families.
2.25 - 2.40pm Bollywood dance (includes crowd interaction) in Potters Park
3.40 - 3.55pm K-Pop Dance in Potters Park
5.15 - 5.30pm Young Ghost hip-hop rap in Ballantyne Square
6.00 - 7.00pm Hanfu Parade around Balmoral shopping centre
7.00 - 7.45pm The band plays in Ballantyne Square
7.30 - 8.30pm "Moonlight in the Dream of the Red Chamber" in Potters Park
8.30 - 9.00pm Closing ceremony in Potters Park

We have a huge day of exciting activities across five locations (Ballantyne Square, Potters Park, the Balmoral carpark, Mt Eden War Memorial Hall and Bridge to C Church) along Dominion Rd today!

Entertainment includes:
2.00 - 2.30pm Lion Parade and Hanfu Parade around Balmoral shopping centre
2:30 - 3:00pm Opening Ceremony will be held at Potters Park
3.25 - 3.30pm Ganggangsulae in Potters Park
3.30 - 3.40pm "Shobu" Dance with drums by Southern Stars in Potters Park
4.10 - 4.25pm Singing Beauty Online competition contestants perform in Ballantyne Square
3.00 - 9.00pm Doll Bear and Pikachu play in Baptist Church
5.10 - 5.40pm DJ Time in Ballantyne Square
6.00 - 6.30pm Hanfu Parade around Balmoral shopping centre
8.30 - 8.45pm Baiyueniang in Potters Park

The Dominion Rd Moon Festival 2023 begins today!

And here's just a taste of what to expect this afternoon and evening...
3.00 - 4.30pm Hanfu Parade around Balmoral shopping centre
4.20 - 5.30pm Guangzhou International Friendship Art Troupe Exchange Performance in Potters Park
6.00pm Dragon Lion Dance around Mt Eden shopping centre
6.00 - 8.30pm Johnny plays and sings the guitar in Ballantyne Square
6.10 - 7.50pm “Strolling through Gansu” Chinese music concert in Potters Park
6.00 - 9.00pm Doll Bear and Pikachu play in Baptist Church

As well as this we have buskers, amusement rides, food from all around the world and activities, stalls and entertainment in both the Mt Eden War Memorial Hall and the Balmoral Community Baptist Church.

* 4:30 pm "A Moon Moment to Remember", performance by Guangzhou International Friendship Troupe
* 6:20 pm "Strolling to Gansu" performance by Gansu Opera, Dance and Drama Theatre
* 8:00 pm "A Moon Moment to Remember" by ADM Dance Studio

Thank you to the China Cultural Centre for facilitating and bringing both the Guangzhou International Friendship Troupe and Gansu Opera, Dance and Drama Theatre to join in celebrating the 2023 Dominion Rd Moon Festival this year.

Sat, 30 Sep, will be an exciting activities-filled day across five locations (Ballantyne Square, Potters Park, Mt Eden War Memorial Hall and BridgetoC) along Dominion Rd,

Please note that the Main Stage at Potters will feature,
2:30 pm - 3:25 pm The Opening Ceremony will be held at Potters Park
3:25 pm - 9:00 pm Community group and cultural performances will showcase eclectic talent of all ages and cultures
