3D Youth Performing Arts 3D Youth Arts:

A creative approach to Youth Performing Arts for 15-24 year olds. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

'3D' - A Youth Performing Arts initiative, based at Corban Estate Arts Centre, Henderson, West Auckland. Mentors collectively present a practical and life-skills based approach for 15-24 year olds talented/curious in performance art. All youth that join 3D will move through all 3 disciplines; Singing, Dance/Movement & Acting. There will be opportunities through the year to explore short film-makin

g, scriptwriting and spoken word poetry. This program is free from NZQA constraints, but helps to develop the individual's confidence and communication skills. 3D focuses on developing an awareness and connection to their own unique voice & body - through the platform of performance art. VALUES:
- We want to create safe and open environments for young people to be honest, supported and valued.
- We ask from each other is respect for one another, respect for the property and venue that houses us and of course, respect for oneself.

- to make sessions challenging and engaging; making opportunities for young people to develop their capacity to reflect and make decisions;
- Build discipline and commitment to choices they make.

This fun, interactive and exciting expo, features stalls and workshops, discussions and demonstrations at the ATC Rehearsal Studios in Dominion Road.
